To establish whether there are opportunities to reduce such costs, our price analysis service provides a benchmark for pricing using realistic and meaningful criteria together with practical advice on how improvements may be achieved. At all times it remains a wholly transparent process delivered by professionals.
 
Our detailed price comparisons measure clients existing food and beverage costs against the prices we have negotiated with recognised manufacturers and wholesalers. These contractually agreed prices are already being applied to thousands of independent and group-operated businesses using our purchasing service.
 
Our price analysis follows a fast and simple process:

• Current prices are examined through the analysis of your most recent invoices.  
• These prices are compared against those we have negotiated with our nominated suppliers, with the results displayed in an easy to understand spreadsheet.  
• If savings are available, the new prices can be implemented promptly, at no cost to you.  

This service is provided free of charge, whatever the result. At no point will we, or our suppliers, charge you for the use of our pricing.

All of our catering suppliers are expected to meet strict criteria for the safety, legality and quality of products supplied.
 
To achieve this, we are one of the first organisations in the purchasing consortia arena to use the highly regarded services of CMi plc.
 
Founded in 1985, CMi is an independent company and UKAS accredited inspection body, specialising in inspection, assurance and consultancy across the breadth of the food supply chain
 
Our clients can be assured that all of our catering suppliers maintain food safety approval to supply through annual compliance with formal assessment programmes undertaken by CMi.

3) Dedicated Support Staff
