BOC offers customers a four-hour response An unexpectedly warm and sunny day (a rare occurrence in the UK this summer) or an equipment breakdown can have serious implications for a bar or club. However, BOC Sureserve is introducing a rapid four-hour emergency delivery service for its dispense gases and equipment to give customers ultimate peace of mind.
The new service, called Rapid Response, is a premium, no-worries gas dispense service. It guarantees customers a four hour response time for an emergency gas delivery or a replacement piece of kit. It also offers customers unlimited access to a team of specially trained advisers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. There is a guaranteed response to any customer query within two hours of the call being received. All this means that customers are free to run their business, reducing time spent on problems or dealing with administrative issues.

Rapid Response allows customers up to three emergency deliveries of gas per year, within four hours of the call being received by BOC, in addition to the normal ‘milk round' delivery service. Faulty equipment will also be repaired or replaced within that timeframe. If BOC fails to deliver within the four hours, £50 will be credited to the customer's account. This premium service also helps with cellar management. Regular deliveries are scheduled automatically – there is no need to remember to place the order. Cylinders are delivered, secured and connected, ready for use. In addition, a cylinder analysis report is provided every six months. This ensures that customers are not tying up capital where it is not required and provides assurance that BOC are managing the gas effectively too!  |
Customers who opt for the Rapid Response service will also benefit from extended delivery times for their dispense gases, at times which are convenient to them and that fit in with their trading patterns. BOC will deliver seven days a week, including bank holidays, with delivery times up to 9pm to fit in better with customer requirements.
