Carling is delighted to become the first mainstream lager to receive Red Tractor certification. The Red Tractor is an independent mark of quality that guarantees the food they are buying comes from farms and food companies that meet high standards of food safety and hygiene, animal welfare and environmental protection. Carling is made from 100% British Barley* which they source locally and make a point of knowing where all their barley comes from. They check the quality of all the barley that goes into making our beer to ensure they provide great taste every sip of the way! |

Knowing that every drop of Carling has been made with Red Tractor-approved barley is a strong provenance message for Carling shoppers and the customers alike with all major off trade retailers and many on trade customers supporting the Red Tractor scheme and using it as a mark of safe, quality, affordable, locally sourced products that the public can trust.
The Red Tractor logo will appear on all Carling secondary packs in the off trade from April and you can meet some of our Red Tractor approved 100% British Barley farmers here. |
