Eau de Vie is a complete built-in water system that offers filtered, chilled and optionally carbonated water direct from the local mains supply. Using sophisticated filters, temperature controls and carbonation, mains water is converted into palatable water that can be freshly drawn by staff, residents and visitors alike.
 
The system provides a low-cost means of keeping the elderly and infirm properly hydrated and refreshed throughout the day, whilst reducing the need for bottled water and cumbersome water coolers.
