ipa has a team dedicated to meeting the unique requirements of our healthcare sector members - but how much do you know about the service they can provide for you?
 
In June, we were happy to welcome two new members to the team with the introduction of Julie and Ali. This means that we are now bigger than ever and even better placed to offer you the complete service.

Problem solving

Essentially, we are a third party acting on your behalf with our suppliers to ensure you get the best deal possible - in terms of service as well as price.
 
For example, if you have ever experienced a supplier problem - late delivery, poor quality or general underperformance - but were unsure of the best way to handle the issue, one quick call to us is the only action you need to take. We are in regular contact with each of our suppliers and are very well placed to ensure that if a problem does occur, it is solved quickly and effectively.

Product sourcing

Our address book of contacts also puts us in an excellent position to be able to advise you on the purchase of products required on a more infrequent basis. The range is vast from light bulbs and teaspoons to curtains and bedpans. And with the combined purchasing power of our total membership, you can be sure that you are getting a great price too.
