Major savings achieved at Jeake's House Hotel
 |
5 star award winning establishment Jeake's House Hotel stands on one of the most beautiful ancient cobbled streets of Rye and is run by friendly proprietors Jenny Hadfield and Richard Martin.
The building, parts of which date back to 1689, has quite a history, being at various times a storehouse, Baptist chapel and school, St Mary's Men's Club, and home to American poet Conrad Aiken. Each bedroom has been individually furnished in keeping with the building's rich history. Breakfast is served in the sumptuous galleried hall and on cold mornings you will be greeted by a roaring fire. Mrs Hadfield has been a member of ipa since 2001. She currently uses Hilden, a company she says is excellent to work with, for the hotel's linen, and trading with them under ipa's terms has generated an annual saving for the business of approximately £200. In addition, Mrs Hadfield makes food purchases through 3663 and uses Lloyds Cardnet for her credit card processing, both under ipa's specially negotiated terms, making approximate total savings of £1,400 annually. |
As an ipa member she also receives regular customer service calls from her ipa account manager, Michael White, which give her an ideal opportunity to raise any supplier queries or to obtain advice or quotations for further supplies. Mrs Hadfield is delighted with the services of ipa, stating that she "wouldn't want to be without them at all".
