At ipa, we have a range of customer service teams dedicated to meeting the needs of the specific sectors of our membership. Michael and Vernon form our licensed team.
It is their job to act as a 'third party' between member and supplier, ensuring that all our licensed members get the best deal from their suppliers, in service as well as price. If you have ever experienced a problem but were unsure of the best way to manage the issue, one quick call to the licensed team would have been the only necessary action to take. They can liaise with the supplier to ensure the problem is resolved quickly and efficiently. |

With years of licensed trade, customer service and sales experience between them, Michael White and Vernon Rosario are well placed to assist our members not only with supplier concerns, but also with the purchase of a wide range of goods required by businesses in the licensed trade on a frequent or infrequent basis. Michael and Vernon will endeavour to source the most suitable supplier and negotiate the best pricing terms on behalf of our members.
