IPA Pay This is your one-stop e-procurement platform for all your purchasing needs. Here you can view and order all your supplies in one place. You can also manage your budgets on here – meaning there is no need to have multiple spreadsheets saved to your computer as these are all stored on your own personal portal.

This is another product we offer as part of our full package. Budgeting is made easier with this tool as you will receive one statement each month. You don’t need to worry about receiving multiple invoices for each supplier as this system amalgamates them down to one simple document.

Furthermore, all transactions are fully importable to your accounts package, removing the need for manual entry and departmental coding. One bill, one payment, one platform. Simple.

Getting started

All we need are your invoices for all suppliers and supplies. With this we will conduct a thorough financial audit. This will give us an idea of how much you are spending on what products, as well as how often. The information will be supplied back to you in a professional, annualised presentation pack.

Once this has been completed, we will source out the best prices for you from our list of trusted suppliers. These all meet our high standards of health and hygiene to ensure you get the best items possible.

What next?

Once you are happy with the prices and suppliers, we will open accounts with all those selected and set you up on our e-procurement platform. You will be allocated a set account manager who will be your go-to person for any questions or queries you may have. Then all you need to do is login and order whatever you need.
